HELP!!! It is official, I am now 21. Actually, it isn't that bad really. I haven't found any grey hairs or wrinkles and I don't feel any older than I did yesterday. Not that I expected to mind but twenty-one makes me feel really old, no more excuses for acting like a child anymore, I am officially an adult. Well, most of the time anyway - I'm not yet ready to let go of my youth for good and I will still be very immature when the situation allows me to.
To celebrate, my mum and step-dad came up from Birmingham and took me out to lunch at Zizzi's. I really enjoyed my meal when I went for the TSC formal (even if I did see it again far too soon) but sadly, the meal wasn't as good this time around. I don't really want to complain but I can't help it, I wish I had stuck with the dish I enjoyed so much last time. Mind you, you hav to try new things and if I had stuck with what I had last time I wouldn't have known what this tasted like.
As it was my birthday, I got to open my cards and presents, my present being my amazing touch screen watch that I mentioned here. Having not ever seen what the eventual thing would look like, I was very happy when it looked just the way I wanted it to. It even fitted perfectly, matching my current watch almost exactly. It will take me a while to get used to all of the bells and whistles on it but it seems fairly easy to use and the screen makes seeing the time very easy.
