Oops

As the end of the year approaches and the assignment deadlines start looming, I seem to be losing the will to actually do anything. I missed my first lecture of the day - although in my defence it was probably utterly pointless as it has been for the past few weeks. I did make it down to the union for the TSC meeting however - and I'm quite glad I did because it did turn into a very fun meeting.

I was working at Population this evening and once again it was after a gig next door from Tiffany Page - no idea who she is but she did leave some cheese and crackers from her rider which I promptly bagged at the end of the night.

Trying to work during the events is pretty difficult but I always at least attempt to do some work. Today I decided to throw my can of Dr Pepper all over my laptop - not such a good idea. After panicking and pushing my way through the crowd to get to the toilets and some loo roll to mop it all up, it all seemed to be still working. It could probably do with a proper wipe tomorrow but I think I got away with most of it. Again, another stark reminder to BACKUP my work. Having not learned from the fire alarm going off the other week, it had still been a good few days before my last backup and if anything had gone wrong at this stage I would have been very very displeased and would probably have gone into hiding to catch up with everything I'd lost.
