Fake Empire

Today is the day of my penultimate dissertation meeting which is a scary though when put into perspective. I have been working on this project all year and it is all coming to an end. I have had another tester email in offering to take part which is nice and brings the total up to six. It's not quite as many as I'd hoped for but my tutor seems to think that will be enough and understands how hard it is to find people to agree to take part in these sort of things.

On a lighter note, it's music time and this week's single of the week comes form The National. I discovered this band from a friend in TSC and after a couple of listens have bought two of their albums. This single isn't exactly current but is by far my favourite from their latest album Boxer. The track is called Fake Empire and features the distinctive haunting vocals that are the trademark of the band putting them to superb use on this wonderful track.
