I thought that last Monday's long day was just about the longest day I would have this year but alas, today came and surprised me again. I did get some respite thanks to a re-arranged tutor meeting this morning but I'd already done the hauling myself out of bed bit so the only consolation was that I saw the email before I had trekked down to university.
I managed to squeeze everything in though, including the tutor meeting after the TSC meeting and before my stint in the shop. Today was far more productive than the other two days so I felt like I was actually contributing something - so much so I ended up staying until 6pm!
For some reason though, all of this activity is making me more and more productive and this evening I managed to get another level of my 2nd dissertation prototype done whilst watching the TV and eating dinner, time usually wasted. I even started to feel full of energy and overly happy and at one point I was slightly concerned about where all of this 'bouncyness' was coming from.
Single of the week time and there was no competition this week, I have been waiting for this to come around for a while now - more so since at one point the album was being released in January. It is Alphabeat with Hole in my Heart, again - like The Spell - it grows on you and this one has spawned a rather large number of remixes. It isn't quite as upbeat as The Spell so that kinda makes sense and I have included my favourite of them all for your consideration along with the original for comparison.
