Exams Are Over!

And about time too! It seems like they have been going on forever now, I've started getting used to having such a lot of time off and lectures on Monday will come as a rather large shock I suspect. On the plus side, there will be far less boredom to contend with, I can start getting back into some sort of organised schedule again and life in general should start running a bit more smoothly.

To celebrate the end of exams, tonight I have been treated to an outing to the O2 academy - one of my favourite night time venues because they are one of the few establishments that seems to understand the definition of decent music. Of course it does prove slightly difficult when 80% of the songs are unknown to anyone else in the group bar me but then for them the music isn't the primary concern.

I don't yet know what this semester will hold in terms of workload and free time but I can guess that there will be a lot of it, especially with my dissertation to complete and modules that are all 100% assignment based. I suppose I could be grateful that I have no exams at the end of the year but if I'm honest, I think I'd rather have a couple of exams than know I'll be finished by mid May and face the prospect of an empty long summer.
